The Chardon Paris brand offers resolutely modern leather goods, adapted to the lifestyle of city dwellers, with respect for traditional know-how and exceptional materials, guaranteeing durability.

The shapes are worked on endlessly, first sketched in pencil and then prototyped. The models are tested against wear and tear, refined and adjusted until the perfect object is obtained.

Combining Design, Ingenuity and Robustness, such is the purpose of Chardon Paris Objects, to accompany active women and men in their daily journeys and those a little further away, whether they are imaginary or not.

Who are we?

A l'origine de Chardon est Bar-da, un blog pour lequel des femmes engagées, entrepreneures, artistes vident littéralement leur sac et dévoilent, en creux, leur quotidien. Au fil des portraits, se sont dessinés des besoins, des envies et des soucis récurrents que ressentaient ces femmes avec leurs sacs (comment retrouver ses clés facilement, avoir moins mal au dos, être moins encombrée et plus libre de ses mouvements au quotidien, avoir un sac pratique mais joli …).

The answer to these needs became obvious: bags and accessories that are above all ingenious, very elegant and completely adapted to the life of active women and men.

Thus was born Chardon Paris.

Chardon Paris wants to combine the useful with the pleasant and wishes to combine the functional with the beautiful for objects to be worn on a daily basis.

A new leather goods collection, both ingenious and elegant, in line with traditional French leather know-how and resolutely in tune with the daily life and reality of today's women and men.

Ingenious

Ingenious above all, Chardon bags and accessories have been designed to simplify life and make travelling and long days easier. A set of clever little details that you discover like surprises and that change everything. You can get your keys by pulling on a leather link, an evening clutch becomes a shoulder bag during the day, or a supple bag spreads its wings according to its content.

Elegant

Elegant by definition, the lines and colours of Chardon pieces are beautiful to look at. Every detail is refined, from the custom-designed clasp to the choice of leather, which comes from a French tannery renowned in the luxury sector. The pieces are designed in Paris, then every detail of the manufacturing process is meticulously controlled, right through to packaging and shipping.

Atemporel

Finally, Chardon pieces are timeless because of their robustness and their pure lines. They are intended to last a lifetime and beyond, like those beautiful objects that we have inherited and that we wish to pass on one day.

Know-how

Chardon Paris is committed to offering the highest quality and finish. Each item has been designed, prototyped and tested in Paris, before being launched into production. Our workshops are specialised in luxury leather goods, and all finishes are checked by hand. The leather comes from a French tannery.
